The Apex Mobile Kitchen is available for public venues. The staff has established a menu available for
public events that will highlight the use of quality ingredients and portable meal options.
Catering
The Apex Mobile Kitchen offers catering for events of 250 or fewer (Reunions, Receptions, Health and Wellness
Seminars, Religious Socials, Private Parties, etc.).
Individual Meal Prep and Delivery
The Apex Mobile Kitchen offers a 10-meal weekly delivery service that caters to the immediate Montgomery County Ohio area and a 10-mile radius of all adjoining counties.
This includes a diverse and changing weekly menu and home delivery of fully cooked and portioned meals.
(An initial consultation is required with a minimum deposit for this service.
Prices may vary based on customer dietary restrictions and or requirements.)
Tonics, Juices, and Broths
Chef Moorefield creates all our organic tonics, juices, and broths that are available for purchase.
• Tonics, with daily use, can assist with digestion and internal cleansing, decrease inflammation, balance PH levels, and assist with basic wellness.
• Cold-pressed juice combinations will be available during public and private events.
• Bone broths are available within the service area of our meal plans. These are all grass-fed and free-range raised sources that Chef Moorefield sources to recreate the age-old tradition of bone broth.
Bone broth has ties in ancient history for its medicinal properties and assistance with healthy hair, nails, and skin.
Bone broths are also used for gut and intestinal wellness and dieting, internal cleansing, and weight management.
These products are only available by the quart and a minimum order is required for home delivery.
Chef Joe Moorefield

Chef Joe Moorefield has been creating culinary delights for over 30 years.
He is a self-taught culinary visionary who has studied and practiced the diverse cooking styles, techniques, and wellness-based food consumption practices of over 17 different cultures.
He was formerly the Executive Chef of Crossroads Cafe in Ridgeland, Mississippi, where he created a diverse organic menu that brought honors and recognition to the restaurant throughout the state from 2016-2020.
At the height of the Covid Pandemic, Chef Joe transformed restaurant service into weekly meal delivery services and venue-based private catering. The Pandemic in its devastation opened doors to a changing world which catapulted Chef Joe into establishing an eatery that could provide unlimited menu options, portable meal services, lower overhead, and an intensified ability to reach multiple layers of customers by taking the experience to the consumer.
Chef Joe believes in the basic principle of mind, body, and spirit, that the human experience should be one of knowledge of self, knowledge of what we eat and why. And that we pass these gifts of knowledge to our fellow man for the betterment of us all.
He also believes that if we are healing ourselves through what we consume, it should also bring pleasure to the palate and make the experience something we want to continue to do without hesitation.

The Apex Mobile Eatery was designed to provide full service menu operations that can be transported to the customer’s venue of choice.The Eatery is a fully enclosed kitchen that boasts an additional porch that can provide services to specialized events and unlimited options on menu choices.There is no set menu, so the customer is King in selecting a menu that suits their personal accommodations
The Apex Mobile Eatery will also provide a detailed list of upcoming events that will be open to the public that will have a rotating menu.The menu selections for each event will be posted to the website and will be accessible through QR scan.
The public venue menu will be a veritable eclectic collection of organic items that are locally sourced and will envelop the Chef’s passion for health,wellness,sustainably sourced products and fusion cuisine.
Logo meaning: Setting ourselves apart is a creed taking very seriously at The Apex Mobile Eatery. Just like the distinctive Tribal Shark and Wolf logo on the Eatery. Each animal are respectively the Apex or top of the food chain in their habitats. We represent the top of the food chain in providing quality consumables fit for the Apex mammal. Naturally selected to have domain over the earth. Choosing to be the best at what we do.
