Public Venues

The Apex Mobile Kitchen is available for public venues. The staff has established a menu available for

public events that will highlight the use of quality ingredients and portable meal options.

 

Catering

The Apex Mobile Kitchen offers catering for events of 250 or fewer (Reunions, Receptions, Health and Wellness

Seminars, Religious Socials, Private Parties, etc.).

Individual Meal Prep and Delivery

The Apex Mobile Kitchen offers a 10-meal weekly delivery service that caters to the immediate Montgomery County Ohio area and a 10-mile radius of all adjoining counties.

This includes a diverse and changing weekly menu and home delivery of fully cooked and portioned meals.

(An initial consultation is required with a minimum deposit for this service.

Prices may vary based on customer dietary restrictions and or requirements.)

 

Tonics, Juices, and Broths

Chef Moorefield creates all our organic tonics, juices, and broths that are available for purchase.

 

• Tonics, with daily use, can assist with digestion and internal cleansing, decrease inflammation, balance PH levels, and assist with basic wellness.

 

• Cold-pressed juice combinations will be available during public and private events.

 

• Bone broths are available within the service area of our meal plans. These are all grass-fed and free-range raised sources that Chef Moorefield sources to recreate the age-old tradition of bone broth.

Bone broth has ties in ancient history for its medicinal properties and assistance with healthy hair, nails, and skin.

Bone broths are also used for gut and intestinal wellness and dieting, internal cleansing, and weight management.

These products are only available by the quart and a minimum order is required for home delivery.
